TCS will assign one major point of contact for all of your day to day needs. The Dedicated Account Manager will communicate directly with a resource from our client organization. The TCS Account Manager will engage in weekly reviews to ensure Key Performance Indicators are achieved and he/she will have a number of resources available to support your project:

  • Operational Leaders
  • IT Resources
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
  • Human Resources & Training


The TCS United dedicated account manager will utilize state-of-the-art project management tools to ensure that deliverables are produced in a timely fashion. In addition we will work with our client contact to schedule regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review sessions to ensure program success!
